Shipping Information:

Your orders will be shipped in the US via UPS. Your Shipping fee is automatically calculated according to UPS fees. These shipping fees do not apply to Overseas orders. Please contact us for a quote for all overseas orders shipping fees.

All items are custom embroidered. We strive to send your packages within 8 to 10 business day of your order date and the receipt of your payment. An email confirmation will be sent to the customer for shipping confirmation.

There is a 15% restocking fee for order made and cancelled before production but after we started the process If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 7 days of receipt, unused and in original condition for a refund (excluding shipping charges). Personalized items are only returnable if defective. If an item is ordered incorrectly by the purchaser we will ship again for a nominal labor and materials charge of $25.00. All returns will only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. Gifts may be exchanged, returned for store credit or credited back to purchaser’s credit card. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient.

Sales Tax All Texas residents are required to pay the sales tax rate of 8.25%. The sales tax will be added to your total.

Gift certificates and coupons may be redeemed by using appropriate coupon codes upon checkout.
